On Deck is a state of the art training facility committed to teaching all aspects of the game of baseball to serious players who seek quality instruction and have the desire to maximize their ability. At On Deck, we know that the will to work and learn is all that is needed to become the best baseball player you can be. On Deck features a wide variety of instructional programs and services for all ages and skill levels in individual and team settings, and as you browse through the site, we hope you will find the programs that will best suit your individual or team goals:

On Deck O’s - The region's premier baseball program and one of the top rated competitive baseball programs in the southeast.
On Deck Developmental Team - The On Deck Tigers. This team consists of 12-14 year olds who are committed to improving their baseball skills in a highly competitive setting.
Academic Academy - An On Deck first. Not only competitive physical preparation is needed for college, but also academic preparedness, concentrating on improving a player's score on the SAT/ACT.
