Each year the entire On Deck staff presents the prestigious award of        "Miss On Deck O" and "Mr. On Deck O" to a player who has recently completed, and graduated from, the On Deck O's program.  

"Miss On Deck O" and "Mr. On Deck O" recognizes players who have displayed unrivaled and consistent examples of Coachability, Commitment, Leadership, Competitiveness and Professionalism.
