Experience:

• Played at Century High School.

• He was a 3 time all-conference player, as well as an all-state selection as a senior

• Recognized as a member of the Top 50 Northwest Recruits by Baseball Oregon

• Played at Pepperdine University.

• Played at George Fox University.

• In 2004, he was a member of the Division III National Championship Team, named 2^nd Team All-Conference, 1^st Team All-Tournament during the Western Regional and 1^st Team All-Tournament at the D-III World Series

• In 2005, C.R. was named Team Captain, 1^st Team All-Northwest Conference and 1^st Team All-West Region.

• Led the conference in hits, runs, at bats, stolen bases and finished the season fourth in batting average on his way to being named 1^st Team All-Conference in 2006.

• Finished career at George Fox University ranked in the top ten in batting average, at bats, runs scored, hits, doubles, triples, runs batted in, sacrifice bunts and stolen bases.  He also ranks 4^th all time in sacrifice bunts nationally.

• Played for the Laredo Broncos and the Rio Grande Valley White Wings (2006).

• Head Coach of the 2012 On Deck Tigers.
