Each member of the On Deck Instructional Staff prides himself on being a professional teacher.  Our staff possesses an unrivaled passion and ability to train young baseball and softball players at all levels through the teaching of basic fundamentals.  Once a player demonstrates a solid foundation of skills and approach, it is necessary to customize instruction to the specific needs and style of an individual player in order to assist that player in taking his or her game to the next level.  For players of all ages and ability levels interested in advanced professional training, On Deck offers private lesson as follows:
