The On Deck Baseball/Softball Skill Development Academy is a federal 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, which relies on the generous support of sponsors who love children and the game of baseball.  

On Deck BSDA uses baseball/softball as a vehicle to teach talented and motivated teenagers how to be successful academically, socially and athletically, while competing and showcasing at amateur baseball and softball's highest and most competitive levels.  On Deck fields baseball teams at each of the 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 year-old age levels, as well as a 14 and under fast-pitch softball team.  The On Deck staff places an emphasis on each participating student-athlete realizing his/her baseball potential while also preparing to excel academically and socially at the collegiate level.
