The addition of several new and talented staff members, in combination with a core group of baseball minds that have grown up in the Charlotte-area playing and competing with, and against one another, allows On Deck to provide top quality coaching, unrivaled ability and passion to the business of baseball training for young players. The family-style approach is based on being consistent in one’s daily habits and routines, as well as the importance of balancing the academic, athletic, and social aspects of life.
