Cost: $550.00 tournament fee (make checks payable to: On Deck BSDA)
Your participation is guaranteed once On Deck receives your teams registration form, tournament fee, and proof of insurance.
Once the schedule is made there will be no refunds for teams that drop out.
There will be no refunds for weather once your team completes one game.
Teams are expected to supply balls equally.
Teams must report to field at least one hour prior to game time.
Form and payment due by June 15, 2009.
